Your personal information is stored exclusively on cloud servers provided by Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in the northamerica-northeast1 region (Montreal, Canada) and on MongoDB servers located in the United States.
We operate under a shared responsibility model with our cloud providers. GCP and MongoDB are responsible for maintaining the security of their underlying cloud infrastructure, including physical security and foundational network controls. Concurrently, we are responsible for securing our applications, protecting your data, managing access controls, and configuring security settings within these cloud environments.
We have implemented the following measures to protect and safeguard your personal information:
- Limiting the amount of personal information that we collect to strictly necessary only;
- Using ssl or other secure connection technologies when receiving or sending personal information beyond internal networks;
